Blue Class: 2-3 year olds
Each class follows its own theme programme for the year. You will receive a ‘homework book’ every Friday informing you about the next week’s theme, vocabulary etc. This will give you the opportunity to be involved with your child’s education.
Daily Programme
| 7.30 – 8.45 | Arrival, conversation with parents. Give each child individual attention. Change clothes if necessary. |
| 8.45- 9.00 | Wash hands, potty training and nappy changes. |
| 9.00- 9.30 | Snack time |
| 9.30- 10.00 | Morning ring and theme discussion and sing along songs & rhymes |
| 10.00- 10.30 | Educational toy activities such as building blocks, big Lego blocks, jigsaw puzzles and creative activities such as painting, drawing, tearing and pasting. |
| 10.30- 11.00 | Tidy up time, washing hands and going to the toilet. Nappy changes. Music and movement. |
| 11.00- 11.45 | Free play inside or outside depending on weather. |
| 11.45 -12.00 | Wash hands and going to the toilet. Nappy changes. |
| 12.00- 12.30 | Snack time |
| 12.30- 12.45 | Story time, and change nappies if necessary. |
| 12.45- 1.00 | Getting ready to go home/ Home time |
