A Grandparents Day was held at Disa Park Pre-Primary on Thursday 22 September 2011. Grannies and grandpas were treated to a show by the children, followed by a tea with a sumptuous spread of delicious eats. Each class sang songs and recited rhymes to the adoring audience. This year Disa Park Pre-Primary held the annual fundraising auction on 10 June, and raised R33,000 for the school. The auction was dubbed a ‘right royal’ success and our auctioneers, dressed as a royal bride and bridesmaid, claimed to be Princess Catherine and her sister Pippa Middleton and kept guests entertained and bidding high throughout the evening.
